Russian text field update

* Roman v or g accepted in ого/его words.
* removed numbers and times from Russian text.
* Roman je can be typed e in all cases.
* soft sign can be typed ' at ends of words.
* all punctuation is optional.
* all lowercase letters accepted.
* report any issues to staff for next-day update.
