Japanese text field update

* pronunciation fixed on 何, 朝, 様な, 積り, 中, 居.
* quotes 「」 removed.

Notes for input:
* any form of input (Kanji, Hiragana or Katakana, Romaji) is accepted.
* word spacing and punctuation is optional.
* several Kanji accept multiple readings (家 uchi or ie, 好 yo or i) and both readings are separated by a bar above a character, like: よ|い .
* report any issues to staff for next-day update
