S Vietnamese text field update
* entries in all lowercase can be accepted.
* all tone diacritics are optional.
* all punctuation is optional.
* standard spelling fix is in progress, but will retain dialectal spelling for text input.
* word groupings fix is in progress.
* report any issues to staff for next-day update.
