Belarusian text field update

* fixed Ц issue, now all ц should be typed in Roman as ts and not as c. Repeated цц type Roman repeated as tsts.
* removed numbers and times from Belarusian text.
* all punctuation is optional.
* all lowercase letters accepted.
* report any issues to staff for next-day update.
