Chinese text field update

* both traditional and simplified characters accepted.
* fixed 他/她/它 as acceptable answers in dictation.
* in pinyin, type tone number after each syllable.
* typing tone 5 (neutral tone) is optional.
* all punctuation is optional.
* all spacing is optional. Glossika spacing is just a rough guide.
* report any issues to staff for next-day update.
